Job Description
Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Hospital Medicine Physicians
Role And Responsibilities
• Provide inpatient hospital medicine care in a primary stroke center with a 73-bed ICU and 10 inpatient beds.
• Manage approximately 12-15 hospitalist encounters daily and 3-6 nocturnist encounters per night.
• Participate in ER code responses; no procedures or vent management required.
• Work within a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.
Qualifications And Skills
• Board eligible or certified in hospital medicine.
• Current CA license is advantageous.
• Interest in academic settings with residents encouraged.
• Visa candidates are welcome to apply.

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, physician-owned environment that promotes autonomy and local control.

Compensation And Benefits
• Base salary ranging from $275,000 to $900,000, depending on factors such as site, experience, and clinical volume.
