New Job Details Hospice & Palliative Care (Telemedicine)Location: Oregon (Remote position)Duration: ASAP - OngoingSchedule: Full time preferred, will consider 2-4 weeks per monthShift: See below - Day 8 am -5 pmNight 5 pm-8am (typically 0 5 calls/night)Weekend Friday 5 pm Monday 8 amCall: Low volume call requested (Phone call only) Willing to be flexible per provider's request. Night 5 pm-8am (typically 0 5 calls/night) and Weekend Friday 5 pm Monday 8 am.

Scope: 100% adult Hospice/Palliative care (Remote position; facility will provide a laptop if needed)EMR: EpicGroup/support: RNs and hospital liaisonRequirements (boards, license): Must be Board Certified in Hospice & Palliative Care, active OR license, clean NPDB.
