Weekend Call: Friday 5:00 PM Monday 8:00 AM (one weekend per month).

Practice Highlights : Practice Setting : Telehealth supported; no inpatient or outpatient requirements.

Patient Volume : Approximately 15 patients per shift.

Call Response Time : Within 30 minutes.

Hospital Privileges : Required (Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days).

EMR System : Epic.

Requirements : Board Certification : Board-eligible in Hematology/Oncology.

Licensure : Active Washington State medical license.

Certifications : ABLS, ACLS, BLS (ATLS and PALS not required).

Fellowship : Preferred but not mandatory.

Additional Information : Support Staff : No supervision of advanced practice providers or residents required.
