Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Physician Assistant or ARNP located in Coral Springs, FL. The role involves performing patient assessments, obtaining medical histories, conducting physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans under the supervision and collaboration of the physician. Daily responsibilities include managing follow-up visits, providing patient education, prescribing medications within scope, and documenting encounters in the medical record with accuracy and timeliness. The clinician will coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, assist with practice protocols and quality initiatives, and support efficient patient flow throughout the day. Participation in patient outreach, preventive care efforts, and periodic practice meetings is expected.

Qualifications
• Active licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant or ARNP in the state of Florida, or eligibility to obtain licensure promptly.
• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program, with current national certification (e.g., NCCPA, ANCC, or AANP).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, including history taking, physical examination, and development of evidence-based treatment plans.
• Proficiency in documentation and use of electronic health records, with attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain conditions and treatments clearly and support patient-centered care.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a small practice team, manage a steady patient volume, and adapt to changing clinical needs.
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and ongoing professional development through continuing education.
• Prior outpatient or primary care experience is preferred but not required; new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
