Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) – Hematology/Oncology
North Charleston and Summerville/Berkeley
Join Charleston Oncology as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner working closely with a dedicated hematologist/oncologist to provide comprehensive care to patients with cancer and hematologic conditions. This role offers the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients within an experienced, collaborative oncology team.

Responsibilities
• Provide inpatient and outpatient hematology/oncology care.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage cancer and blood disorders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Manage EMR workload and patient in-baskets within EPIC.
• Deliver compassionate care with a strong focus on patient satisfaction and quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
• Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Willingness to work collaboratively with all members of the care team, including MAs, nurses, and other APPs.
• Comfort caring for both inpatient and outpatient populations.
• Proficiency in EMR workload management and patient in-baskets.
• Flexibility to practice at multiple Charleston-area locations.
• Proven history of prioritizing patient satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of hematology/oncology experience (5+ years preferred).
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR.
