$60K–$83K/year Full-Time Monday–Friday Fridays End at Noon



We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our growing multidisciplinary practice in West Philadelphia, PA.



This is an excellent opportunity for a PTA who enjoys hands-on patient care, working as part of a collaborative healthcare team, and helping patients improve their mobility, function, and quality of life.



You'll work alongside experienced Physical Therapists, physicians, chiropractors, advanced practice providers, and support staff in a welcoming, well-established practice.

What You'll Do





- Assist the Physical Therapist with therapeutic exercises and treatment modalities
- Guide patients through prescribed rehabilitation programs
- Educate patients on exercises, lifestyle modifications, and their plan of care
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Complete timely and accurate EHR documentation





Qualifications





- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Pennsylvania PTA license
- Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
