Physical Therapist - School Setting in Philadelphia, PA

Step into a fulfilling role supporting K-8 students as a Physical Therapist in a school-based setting just outside Philadelphia, PA. This onsite position offers a unique opportunity to foster student growth and independence while enjoying a consistent, manageable schedule. With an assignment running through 6/17/27, including the extended school year and a confirmed full 26/27 academic year, you can build meaningful connections and see the results of your work over time.

Youll work 16.5 hours per weektwo full days from 7:30 AM to 3:45 PMserving a dedicated caseload of 10 students. As a valued contributor, youll help students overcome physical challenges, advance their mobility, and participate more fully in their classroom communities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, valid Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license

• Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare physical therapy settings preferred

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Commitment to promoting student success and independence

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to K-8 students needs

• Conduct evaluations to assess student progress and advocate for appropriate interventions

• Collaborate closely with classroom staff, related service providers, and families

• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
