How you’ll make an impact in this role




- Provide comprehensive rehabilitative care for a clinically diverse patient population, specializing in the management of high-acuity neurological conditions, advanced cardiac recovery, limb loss, and medically complex debility.
- Develop, implement, and regularly reassess individualized, patient-centered plans of care in collaboration with patients and families.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions across complex diagnoses, including neurological, oncological, orthopedic, cardiopulmonary, and medically complex conditions.
- Minimum weekend and holiday requirement.





What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need



Licensure / Certification / Registration:




- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Physical Therapy (PT) license credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation prior to hire date or job transfer date required. A valid license pending letter will be accepted until license is issued.





Education





- Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.





What Additional Preferences We're Seeking





- Prior neurological experience.
