Acute Care Physical Therapist | Hospital-Based | $5K Sign-On + PSLF
Position Highlights
• 100% acute care at a non-profit, trauma-certified hospital
• Open to new grads, training provided for those new to acute
• Caseload variety: ICU, stroke, post-surgical, oncology, and more
• $5,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation bonus and tuition loan reimbursement
• PSLF eligible
• M-F schedule, 4 weeks PTO + 1 week sick time
• Full insurance with multiple health, dental, and vision plans
About the Role
Join a collaborative, high-performing acute care team of 10 PTs, 7 OTs, and 5 SLPs within a department of 50+ full-time therapists. This is a 100% acute care role with daily variety across the ICU, Stroke Unit, Post-Surgical Unit, Oncology Floor, and more. You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, hospital-based environment with strong mentorship and professional development support, including comprehensive onboarding for therapists new to acute care.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• New grads and experienced therapists welcome
• Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture of care
• Excellent communicator across all levels of staff and patients
• Collaborative, servant-leader mindset
• H-1B visa sponsorship not available
