As a Physical Therapist in our practice, you will see no more than two patients per hour, allowing you the time and space to deliver thoughtful, individualized care. Our clinic is equipped with cutting-edge rehabilitation and performance technology that allows therapists to treat beyond the table and progress patients with purpose. You’ll have access to Proteus Motion, power racks, Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training, and advanced recovery tools including Game Ready, Normatec, and Marc Pro—giving you everything you need to seamlessly bridge rehab, strength, and performance under one roof.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver one-on-one, high-quality physical therapy in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Treat patients at a maximum of one patient every 30 minutes
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic, sports, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Design individualized treatment plans focused on long-term outcomes
- Utilize hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
- Build genuine relationships with patients and guide them through recovery
- Collaborate with a supportive, like-minded clinical team
- Document care accurately and efficiently
Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California
- DPT from an accredited program
- Passion for orthopedic and sports rehabilitation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A clinician who values growth, curiosity, and excellence in care
