Western Colorado hospital cancer center is seeking an Oncology Pharmacist / Clinical Oncology Pharmacist

What You’ll Be Doing
• Prepare and compound oral, IV, topical, and enteral medications
• Monitor therapy for safety and efficacy; collaborate with providers to adjust regimens
• Counsel oncology patients on medication use, side effects, and adherence
• Review and verify oncology medication orders for accuracy and interactions
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and oversee workflow
• Maintain compliance, inventory control, and participate in quality initiatives
About You
• Be able to do the job as described.
• Bachelor’s in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred with 1+ year related experience
• Active, unrestricted Colorado Pharmacist license
• BLS and ALS certifications required
