How you’ll make an impact in this role




- Ensure patient safety by reviewing medication orders and resolving potential drug-related issues to support optimal health outcomes.
- Compound and dispense medications with precision to ensure accurate and timely treatment delivery for our patients.
- Educate patients and clinical staff on drug therapies, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and clinicians, to streamline and facilitate comprehensive patient care.
- Lead technical pharmacy staff in the preparation and maintenance of supplies to maintain high operational standards and support pharmacy workflow.





What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need



Licensure / Certification / Registration:




- Licensed Pharmacist credentialed from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required.





Education





- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.





What Additional Preferences We're Seeking





- IV Certification
- Hospital Experience
- PGY1 Preferred (not required)
