Pharmaceutical Sales Manager

Area Sales Management position

$220,000 to $275,000++ Total Income Package Plus Car

COMPANY:

· A specialty division of a global top 10 pharmaceutical manufacturer

· A leader in their segments of the industry.

· A growing company with a strong focus of acquiring new products

POSITION:

· Pharmaceutical Sales Management position leading a team of nine representatives

· The team sells buy and bill prescription medicines to physicians, hospitals and clinics.

TERRITORY:

· Region includes the major cities in the States of Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas and Oklahoma.

COMPENSATION:

· Total income package is $220-275K+

· Base Salary up to $225K (depending upon experience)

· Bonus plan adds $55K at goal, but can be even higher based on personal performance

· LTI package based on performance.

· 4-year degree (BA or BS)

· 5+ years of experience leading pharmaceutical teams.
