Job Description:

Currently seeking a dependable, energetic, and compassionate Care Companion to support a young adult female with cognitive disabilities within her home environment and during local community outings. This role focuses on enhancing quality of life through meaningful social engagement, companion-based activities, and structured daily support.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide dedicated companion care and support tailored to individual needs.
• Assist with daily living tasks to safely encourage autonomy and personal well-being.
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in active community excursions and social outings.
• Maintain a reliable, patient, and highly supportive structured routine.
• Facilitate safe local transportation to and from activities as required.

Job Requirements
• Experience: Prior experience working with individuals with cognitive or developmental disabilities is strongly preferred.
• Attitude: Must exhibit a professional, patient, supportive, and consistently positive disposition
• Engagement: Ability to stay active, energetic, and fully engaged throughout the scheduled shift.
• Reliability: Absolute trustworthiness, exceptional reliability, and strict adherence to agreed schedules.
• Logistics: Valid driver's license and dependable personal transportation are required for community outings.
