Personal Care Assistant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team in Hartland, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities

- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Support mobility and transfer assistance to promote client safety.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior to supervisors.
- Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.


Requirements

- Previous experience in personal care or related field preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation preferred.
- Willingness to pass background checks.
