Position Details


• 36 patient contact hours per week.

Requirements


• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology.

• IA state Lic or IMLC

• DEA certification.

• Clean malpractice and background history.

• NPDB Self-Query (completed within the past 30 days) required at presentation.
