Job Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hematologic and oncologic conditions

Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis, disease stage, and patient needs

Manage patients receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and other systemic treatments

Review laboratory, pathology, and imaging results

Monitor treatment response and adjust therapy as appropriate

Provide cancer surveillance and follow-up care

Coordinate care with surgery, radiation oncology, primary care, and other specialties

Participate in multidisciplinary cancer conferences and care planning

Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, prognosis, and supportive care

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Completion of an accredited Hematology & Oncology fellowship

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology & Oncology

Eligible for or possession of an Ohio Medical License

DEA registration or eligibility

Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered cancer care
Working Hours: Monday–Friday

Full-Time, Outpatient Schedule
