Percy Carter Has Been Appointed Leader of Preclinical and Translational Sciences at Pfizer

Most recently, Percy served as Chief Scientific Officer at Blueprint Medicines, where he played a transformative role in R&D leadership. Percy’s impressive background also includes senior leadership positions, including Head of Discovery at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Head of Discovery Sciences at Johnson and Johnson. Across these organizations, he has guided multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact therapies.

Percy is widely recognized for his deep scientific understanding of disease biology and his commitment to translating this knowledge into effective treatments.
