As a Per Diem RN in the Infusion Center, you will assist the director and supervisor in the daily operations of the Center, adhering to all federal, state, and accreditation standards and regulations. You will work closely with Hematology Oncology Providers to ensure exceptional patient care and maintain a safe environment for both patients and staff. Monitor inventory levels, manage outdated supplies, and communicate equipment needs to the Nurse Supervisor or Clinic Administrator effectively.

Required Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid education
• Current RN License
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience in an Infusion/Chemotherapy setting
• ACLS certification or willingness to obtain
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills
• Availability for 8 shifts per month
• 4 shifts per year to be scheduled before or after clinic holidays, including 2 shifts for summer holidays and 2 for winter holidays, or as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience in an Ambulatory Infusion Center setting
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification or willingness to obtain within 12 months of employment

Compensation will be determined based on various factors, including local labor markets, education, and experience.
