Role Overview

Seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to provide intravenous medications in patients' homes, focusing on patient care, education, and follow-up. The nurse will work independently, building strong relationships with patients and collaborating with pharmacists and therapeutic teams to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer infusion medications safely and accurately
• Manage patient responses and provide ongoing follow-up care
• Serve as the primary contact for patient updates, documenting assessments and progress
• Support patients' overall well-being through comprehensive care and education

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN license in the relevant state
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience, including 1+ year in critical, acute, or home healthcare
• Strong IV insertion skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within a large region
• Ability to handle multiple patient visits, including flexible hours and on-call duties
