Monday - Friday | 9:30am - 6:00pm

Our client is seeking a Patient Navigator to register patients and calculate co-payment and insurance amounts, and serving as a liaison between patients, providers, and insurance carriers.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and follow-up care
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, appointments, and required documentation
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system
• Collaborate with providers, specialists, and insurance representatives to ensure timely patient care
• Address patient questions and provide ongoing support

Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in a medical office, healthcare, patient services, or customer service role
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
