Job Highlights
- Coordinate and monitor patient flow through timely and accurate dispatch
- Manage patient placement requests and assignments of environmental services personnel
- Resolve problems related to patient, visitor, staff, or employee complaints associated with departmental issues
- Ensure staff availability
Candidate Profile
- Healthcare or call center experience required
- Dispatching or high volume scheduling experience highly preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and experience with Epic Software is preferred
- Flexible with and willing to adjust schedule and work weekends if needed
- Exhibits excellent customer service, telephone etiquette, and listening skills

- 2:00PM - 11:30PM availability required
