WE’RE HIRING PATIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR
Healthy Longevity Clinic is looking for a polished, personable, and highly professional Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team at The Moore in Miami Design District.
📍 Location: The Moore
4040 NE 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33137
This role is focused on delivering an exceptional, personalized, and concierge-level patient experience within a premium longevity and wellness environment.
Responsibilities Include:
• Welcoming patients and providing a warm, personalized experience
• Managing the in-clinic patient experience from arrival through departure
• Concierge-level patient communication and support
• Patient engagement and relationship building
• Supporting VIP visits, events, and special patient experiences
• Maintaining a polished and welcoming clinic environment
• Collecting patient feedback and supporting satisfaction initiatives
• Coordinating with internal teams to address patient needs
• Supporting approved patient relationship and sales activities
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, polished, and confident presence
• Warm, personable, and patient-focused approach
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Experience in hospitality, luxury services, healthcare, wellness, concierge, or a similar client-facing environment preferred
• Ability to represent a premium healthcare brand with professionalism and discretion
• Comfortable working in a high-end, in-person environment
This is a fully on-site position at The Moore in Miami Design District, ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people and creating a high-level hospitality experience.

• Additional commission opportunities may be available for qualifying sales conversions.
