24-hour emergency/specialty hospital.
• Our specialties include Internal Medicine, Surgery, Cardiology, Radiology, Oncology, and Emergency & Critical Care.
• Teaching hospital with robust rotating internship program, cardiology specialty interns, as well as visiting extern students.
• Outstanding opportunity to participate with the MARS Oncology Advisory Board.
• Located in Los Angeles—VCA ASEC is just 15 minutes from the beaches, 20 minutes from hiking trails, and 90 minutes from winter skiing. The weather is outstanding with over 300 sunny days a year so there are plenty of recreational opportunities to enjoy when you are away from the hospital.

A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
