Role: After Hours Registered Nurse (RN) in a hospice setting, providing end-of-life care in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on comfort and dignity.
• Respond to after-hours and on-call patient needs, performing urgent assessments, symptom and pain management, and providing emotional support.
• Support patients and families during evenings, nights, weekends, and crises, ensuring they feel informed and reassured.
• Apply clinical judgment to coordinate care, respond to changing conditions, and maintain accurate documentation in EMR.
• Work independently with a support team, traveling to patient homes within assigned territory.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license and ability to travel approximately 20% of the day.
