Responsibilities





- Develop document-review exercises, research tasks, and procedural scenarios that challenge AI models
- Evaluate and validate model responses for accuracy and adherence to legal procedure
- Collaborate with legal and technical experts to calibrate difficulty and coverage





Required Qualifications





- Paralegal certificate or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in litigation support, corporate, or transactional practice
- Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills





Preferred Qualifications





- Experience across multiple practice areas
- Familiarity with e-discovery and legal research platforms
- Notary or additional legal certifications are a plus
