Palliative Medicine Physician

Advocate Health is seeking a fellowship-trained Hospice & Palliative Medicine physician to join its physician-led medical group at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, WI. In this full-time role, the provider will deliver comprehensive palliative care across inpatient and outpatient settings while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team. The position offers a competitive straight salary, a generous sign-on bonus, and a balanced schedule with shared call.

• Located at Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed full-service hospital in Green Bay, WI

• Delivers care in both inpatient (80%) and outpatient (20%) settings

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of Advanced Practice Providers, RNs, social workers, and chaplains

• Utilize Epic EMR and DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality palliative care in both inpatient and outpatient settings

• Ensure optimal comfort and quality of life for patients

• Collaborate with the Wisconsin Medical Director to continue to develop and enhance the Palliative Medicine Program

Compensation

• $276,142 to $276,143 per year

• Straight salary of $276,143

Shift & Schedule

• Full time

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Shared call with 10 physicians (average 1:8-9)

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship

• BE/BC in Hospice and Palliative Medicine

• Wisconsin License or ability to obtain licensure
