Palliative Medicine Physician

Lee Health is seeking a Palliative Medicine Physician to join their team in Southwest Florida. As a community-focused nonprofit health system, Lee Health features multiple acute care hospitals and specialty locations throughout the region. The palliative care team currently provides inpatient consultative services across three hospital campuses. This role offers an engaging professional opportunity with a collaborative multidisciplinary team in a desirable coastal location.

Practice Info

• Palliative care team currently provides consultative services at three hospitals: Gulf Coast Medical Center (GCMC), Health Park Medical Center (HPMC), and Cape Coral Hospital (CCH)

• Inpatient only - no clinic

• Team is currently made up of 4 physicians, 11 APPs, and 5 social workers

• Flexibility to accommodate physician campus preference depending on proximity to home

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative services at Gulf Coast Medical Center (GCMC), Health Park Medical Center (HPMC), and Cape Coral Hospital (CCH)
