Job Description
Mass General Brigham is seeking a part-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician to join the established Palliative Care team at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide compassionate, interdisciplinary care focused on improving the quality of life for patients and families facing serious illness. The physician will collaborate with a dedicated team in a supportive, community-based setting.

Responsibilities
• Provide inpatient palliative care consultation services to patients with serious and complex illnesses
• Focus on symptom management, goals-of-care discussions, and advance care planning
• Collaborate closely with hospitalists, specialists, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, education, and the continued growth of palliative care services within the hospital
Compensation
• The salary range for this position is $142,000 to $178,000 annually
