Infinite Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Palliative Care Physician to provide comprehensive, person-centered palliative and symptom-management services to residents in long-term care settings. Responsibilities
• Deliver palliative and supportive care services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments focusing on symptom management, functional status, and quality of life.
• Manage complex chronic and advanced illnesses with a comfort-focused, patient-centered approach.
• Lead goals-of-care and advance care planning conversations with residents and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including facility staff and primary care providers.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized symptom-management and treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and evaluate ongoing treatment effectiveness.
• Complete all required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Compensation
• Competitive salary Per annum: $250,000 - $300,000.

Shift & Schedule
• Full Time (5 day/ week).
Requirements
• Active and unrestricted MD license.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in palliative care in a hospital or nursing home-based program.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Palliative Medicine, Hospice & Palliative Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate sensitive and emotionally complex situations.
• Commitment to elder care, comfort-focused medicine, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Certification in palliative care is a plus.
• No visa sponsorship available.
