Palliative Care Physician

Community Physician Network is seeking a BE/BC Palliative Medicine Physician to join their compassionate palliative care team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this full-time role, the provider will deliver patient care and consultative services in the inpatient setting, primarily supporting oncology patients within MD Anderson-affiliated Cancer Centers. The position offers a dynamic, team-oriented environment alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary staff and a well-integrated internal hospice team.

Practice Info

• Inpatient setting with primary locations at Community Hospitals Westfield (opening 2027) and Howard (Kokomo)

• Team includes four physicians, twelve APRNs, five LCSWs, five RNs, four MAs, and administrators over 5 hospitals and sites of care

• Growth opportunity primarily supporting oncology patients within MD Anderson-affiliated Cancer Center(s)

Requirements

• MD, DO

• BE/BC in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
