Seeking a board-certified Palliative Care physician to join an interdisciplinary team in North Texas.

• Provide inpatient palliative care consultations for hospitalized patients with serious or life-limiting illnesses.
• Lead family meetings and goals-of-care discussions.
• Collaborate with team members including nursing, social work, chaplaincy, and case management.
• Support transitions of care, including coordination with hospice.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development.

Qualifications include board certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine, internal medicine, family medicine, or completion of a Geriatrics Fellowship.

Must hold or be eligible for a Texas medical license, possess strong communication and team skills, and demonstrate a commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care.
