This position is accountable for the provision of patient care and other duties as permitted by licensure and defined within Credentialing and Privileging documentation (hospital), Credentialing and Scope of Practice (Medical Group), Collaboration Agreement and/or other similar documentation as appropriate.
About the Role:
As a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver compassionate care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Joining a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, you will ensure that each patient receives quality care and an excellent experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Traveling to patients' homes in the greater Denver Area to provide palliative care services.
• Working full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

• APRN from an accredited program
• Board certification

The hourly rate for this position is between $63.07 - $97.30, depending on experience.
