Role: Experienced RN Manager for Palliative Care

Responsibilities

Oversee clinical operations for palliative patients, ensuring safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
Supervise and mentor RN and support staff to maintain high-quality service.
Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans with physicians, social workers, and chaplains.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Monitor and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Support families and optimize symptom management to promote holistic, patient-centered care.
