Position: Palliative Care NP: Lead End-of-Life Care & Goals of Care
Curana Health is seeking a dedicated palliative care provider to assist chronically ill patients and their families. The role involves performing physical exams, managing treatment plans, and leading discussions about goals of care.
Ideal candidates must hold both RN and NP licensure, as well as a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Nursing. A minimum of 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience, especially in palliative care, is strongly preferred. The ability to collaborate effectively with care teams is essential.
