Position Highlights:
• Work within the largest and most prestigious academic community hospitals in the area.
• Treat a diverse range of medically complex patients.

As the on-site Medical Director at MedStar St. Mary's Hospital, you will be engaged in 90% clinical work and 10% administrative duties.
In this leadership role, you will:
• Foster strong relationships with referring physicians, pinpointing areas for improvement in patient care and service efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and clinical standards.
• Exemplify best practices and actively contribute to the education of colleagues and mentees.
• Collaborate with team members to implement clinical protocols, quality assurance measures, and compliance programs in accordance with hospital guidelines.
