Outside Sales Representative – Home Care Services

We serve clients in Salt Lake County seeking home care, and we specialize in non-medical and adults with disabilities. You will make personal visits to sign up for Right Care, at the Right Time with the Right People.What You'll Do:Identify and build relationships with prospective clients and referral sources within the communityMaintain a consistent presence in the field (approximately 75% of the time)Handle follow-ups, emails, and callsGenerate and maintain a pipeline of at least 40 referral sources per weekCollaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clientsServe as a trusted resource and advocate for families exploring home care optionsRepresent Right at Home at local events, health fairs, and possible networking opportunitiesPre-plans weekly sales activities, create opportunities for communication with referral sources, and maintain all sales activity in a Customer Relationship Manager database.What We're Looking For:Previous experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in healthcare or home careAssociate/ bachelor's in health administration, Social Work, or a related field is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and well-connected in the local communityFlexible availability to respond to calls and emails as neededBe available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hoursValid driver's license and reliable personal vehicleAbility to pass a Health Department Background check, DMV check, Drug Test.What We Offer:Competitive salary between $50,000 and $90,000/year (based on performance and growth)Full-Time Field-Based (75%) + Office (25%)Flexible work schedule with possibility of outside office hours needs for events or Client start upsOpportunity to grow with an award winning, mission-driven company, making a real difference in the communityWe offer a $50 monthly reimbursement for your cell phone planCar package to be determinedSupplemental Wellness Program Ready to join our team?
