Scope Of Position

The team provides patient care and supportive services directed towards achievement of positive patient care outcomes, maximizing the patient’s involvement in his/her own plan of care and reducing the length of hospitalization, The nurse plays a critical role in staff engagement, the patient experience, quality and safety, and cost-effective care.
Position Summary
The nurse is responsible for managing and providing care to the patient and his/her family, and for directing and supervising nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team. The nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, delegating and evaluating the nursing care of patients in alignment with the professional practice model.
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Nursing from a CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) accredited nursing program required. Current Ohio license or interim permit. *Experience in relevant care setting preferred. This is a float position and as such, the nurse is expected to work at multiple locations.
This is a Weekend & Float RN position. RN will work every other weekend at our weekend infusion clinic(s) and work remaining shifts during the work week as a float RN across our infusion clinics (currently at Outpatient Care Dublin, Outpatient Care New Albany, Outpatient Care East, Martha Morehouse, and Outpatient Infusion Hilliard). RN will work a total of 4, 9-hour shifts per calendar week. Shifts are 0700-1630. This is a non--union position.
