Role Overview

This position provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication use.
• Participate in activities supporting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team, ensuring effective communication across care continuum.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and demographic factors.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness and safe practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience: No experience required; 2+ years and oncology experience preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
