Position: Oncology Registered Nurse

Location: Lewiston, Maine

Pay: Up to $672 - $768 gross pay per shift; equivalent to $56.00 - $64.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct care to oncology patients in an infusion setting
• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, and IV infusions according to protocols
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor responses to treatment
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and symptom management
• Ensure adherence to oncology safety standards and hazardous drug handling protocols
• Communicate clinical changes, lab results, and diagnostic findings to physicians
• Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with the oncology care team to coordinate treatment and supportive care

Qualifications:
• Current and valid state RN license
• Current BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and must maintain
• Current ACLS (AHA) certification upon hire and must maintain
• Minimum of one year of RN Oncology experience required
