TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Oncology RN in Fargo, North Dakota, 58102!

Registered Nurse – Oncology
Contract | Day/Night Rotating Shifts | 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend | Every Other Holiday | Onsite
Provide care for medically complex hematology and oncology patients requiring blood products, antibiotics, and symptom or side effect management
Perform head-to-toe assessments, administer medications, and manage patient care using EPIC and unit-specific equipment including Philips Care Monitors, glucometers, and bladder scanners
Float to other medical-surgical units and locations within the Fargo area as needed
Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience in a large hospital setting (250+ beds)
Experience in a busy Level 1 Trauma Center
Active North Dakota RN license or compact state RN license (or willingness to obtain)
Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
Willingness to float to all medical-surgical units and locations within the Fargo area as needed
Prior travel nursing experience
Inpatient oncology nursing experience
Hematology and/or bone marrow transplant nursing experience
Work in a structured inpatient oncology environment with favorable nurse-to-patient ratios (1:3 for chemotherapy and BMT patients) and no on-call requirements
Benefit from a comprehensive orientation program including classroom training followed by dedicated unit-based training hours
