Oncology RN

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate Oncology RN to deliver high-quality care to patients across the cancer care continuum. In this role, you'll administer chemotherapy and biotherapy, manage complex symptoms, and provide education and emotional support to patients and families. You'll collaborate closely with oncologists and an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based care plans. Responsibilities
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients across the treatment continuum.
• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and supportive medications safely and accurately.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status, treatment response, and adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, side effects, and symptom management.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team members on individualized care plans.
• Advocate for patient needs, ensuring comfort, dignity, and adherence to evidence-based practices.
• Manage central lines, infusions, transfusions, and complex symptom management.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and comply with regulatory and safety standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and follow oncology practice guidelines.
