Oncology RN

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks an experienced Oncology RN to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to oncology patients across the treatment continuum. In this role, you'll administer chemotherapy and biotherapy, perform thorough assessments, manage complex symptoms, and respond to oncologic emergencies. Responsibilities
• Deliver safe, compassionate oncology nursing care to adult patients across treatment continuum.
• Administer and monitor chemotherapy, biotherapy, and supportive infusions per protocols.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, manage symptoms, and respond to oncologic emergencies.
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and side effect management.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team to optimize care.
• Maintain accurate documentation, follow facility policies, and uphold safety standards.
• Advocate for patients, coordinate care, and support psychosocial needs.
• Adhere to infection control and oncology-specific safety procedures, including PPE and handling of hazardous drugs.
• Participate in quality improvement, staff huddles, and unit-based initiatives.
