Hourly Pay Range:
$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position Highlights:
Endeavor Health is excited to announce that the new minimum for this role will be adjusted to a $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.
• Position: Registered Nurse
• Location: Evanston Hospital
• Schedule: Full Time/Part Time, 36 hr/wk
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 pm – 7:30 am, rotating weekends
• Required Travel: None
Your Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations within the department.
• Apply the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards in your nursing practice.
• Take responsibility, accountability, and authority for patient care outcomes.
• Lead and mentor unlicensed nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Enhance safety outcomes and foster a positive patient experience.
What You Need:
• Education: BSN degree preferred.
• Licensure: Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois is required.
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required; ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate must be obtained within nine months of hire.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
