Oncology - Radiation Physician

We are working with a facility in PA, to find vacation coverage support, please take a look at the details provided below:

Assignment Details
• 4 weeks of coverage (vacation coverage)
• Hospital-based setting
• Adult patient population

Schedule
• Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
• Night call: 4:00 PM 7:30 AM
• Weekend call: 24-hour call (Saturday & Sunday)
• Coverage includes 5x8 shifts + call

Practice Setting
• Hospital oncology department
• Strong support staff including nurses, MAs, and APPs
• APP handles follow-ups and consults independently

Work Details
• 25 active treatment patients per day
• 1 2 consults per day
• Approximately 5 follow-ups per day
• EMR: MOSAIQ

Procedures
• External beam radiation therapy (3D, IMRT, SBRT, SRS, IGRT)
• CT simulation
• Varian Eclipse treatment planning
• 3D conformal radiation treatments

Requirements
• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible (within 5 years)
• Active PA license or IMLC accepted
• DEA required
• BLS & ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience

Credentialing
• day timeframe (temps available if needed)

Travel
• Travel and lodging covered

• Weekend call includes 2 hours gratis per day
