Rochester Regional Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) specializing in Hematology/Oncology to join their team in the St. Lawrence Region. Practice Info
• Care for a diverse patient population with strong community connections
• Practice alongside experienced physicians, APPs, nurses, and multidisciplinary specialists
• Primarily outpatient hematology/oncology practice
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary cancer care model
• Strong support from nursing, infusion, pharmacy, and ancillary care teams
• EMR Platform: Epic
Responsibilities
• Help expand and shape oncology services throughout the region
• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of hematologic and oncologic conditions
Compensation
• Competitive base salary: $100,000 - $150,000
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and may be eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
• In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices. This may include productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.
• PAY RANGE: $100,000 - $200,000

Requirements
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification/licensure
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Interest in developing long-term patient relationships within the community
• Oncology or hematology experience preferred, but not required
• BS: Physician Assistant (Required)
• PA-C - Certified Physician Assistant - National Committee on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• RPA - Registered Physician Assistant - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
• Open to visa sponsorship
