This facility is seeking an Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: August - Ongoing | Tuesday 8a-5p – Fri 8a-5p (1-hour unpaid lunch) | Night call on some days schedule to be determined. Weekend call Friday 7am – Monday 7am.
• Practice Setting: 80% Clinic based / 20% Hospital 18+
• Type of cases and required procedures: General Oncology Description. Clinic day is seeing 18-20 patients daily. On call includes consults on the hospital side as well rounding on hospital side when on call if needed.
• Credentialing timeframe: 30 days; temps available
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Certifications required: Board Eligible/Board Certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Required if requesting conscious sedation privileges, Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required for all specialties.
• Licensure required: Indiana State License, Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
