Job Description
Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is seeking a Pharmacist for a .5 FTE role based at our Issaquah location. You will collaborate with clinicians to optimize pharmacotherapy, perform medication therapy reviews, and support care transitions for an assigned patient population.
You will ensure safe dispensing, participate in drug information activities, and support access to specialty therapies in a multidisciplinary setting. A WA license and pharmacy experience are required.
