Oncology Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (Entry Level or Experienced)

Position Summary:
As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals in your territory. This full-time position includes a competitive compensation package, lucrative quarterly incentive commissions, and significant growth opportunities!
Essential Functions:
• Take charge of your sales performance by mastering effective selling techniques.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Identify market opportunities and challenges, then develop and implement strategic action plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in physician offices.
• Exhibit expertise in discussing our products, associated disease states, and competitive offerings.
• Collaborate effectively within a team, promoting positive communication and teamwork.
• Complete all administrative tasks promptly and operate within budget constraints.
• Conduct all field activities with professionalism and adhere to established promotional guidelines.
Requirements:
• Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory!
• Ability to sell clinically; comfortable discussing products and complex disease states.
• Proven sales success; bring your brag book to showcase your achievements in interviews.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven capability to implement a sales and marketing strategy effectively.
• Experience managing a territory budget in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and database analysis relevant to territory operations.
