Oncology Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

We are looking for passionate, energetic, and results-oriented individuals to join our team as an Oncology Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. In this role, you will drive sales and support our pharmaceutical and healthcare products, contributing to the growth of our brand. Reporting to a District Sales Manager, your success in this role will directly impact our brand's growth strategy and reinforce our commitment to keeping patients at the center of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage directly with customers to execute sales strategies and demonstrate the value of our products.
• Leverage local market insights and relationships with key customers to implement national strategies and drive business results at the territory level.
• Follow established business and account plans to enhance brand usage within key accounts.
• Collaborate with team members to elevate brand value and enhance territory performance.
• Utilize internal resources, including market data and analytics, to create effective territory business plans that impact patient outcomes.
• Maintain records of call activities and use our internal systems for efficient call planning.
• Capitalize on opportunities for process improvements that contribute to our business success.

Qualifications:
• A college degree is preferred; however, proven sales experience will also be considered.
• Ability to foster long-term strategic relationships with customers focused on patient outcomes and achieving business objectives.
• Capability to communicate complex pharmacological information with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Alignment with our core values of patient focus, collaboration, excellence, and trust.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with product lines, databases, statistical analysis, and current medical issues.
• Strong business acumen to identify and leverage market opportunities.
